Shipping policy

We do our best to pack and ship your online orders as quickly as possible, usually within  1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please note some exceptions:  During warmer months (May through October) we typically only ship on Monday and Tuesday in order to reduce the chance of the candles sitting in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend. Please expect some delays during high volume times like the holidays... so place your orders accordingly.

Karma Kraft is not responsible for packages after they have been deemed delivered by the carrier, so please track your packages and be ready to receive them, especially in inclement weather.
